My joy comes when I help people flourish. I help leaders build stronger, more resilient teams. I help them discover new opportunities and empower their partners to pursue them.
I lean into challenges. I encourage positive change. I help with crisis management when the unexpected hits. I also provide planning to help with change management challenges.
Whenever called, my goal is to help you flourish.
CURRENT PROJETS
Executive Director
This program addresses the challenges of homelessness and employment. We remove barriers that prevent people from advancing in their lives. Our services include addiction treatment (one of the leading causes of homelessness and unemployment) employment readiness, transitional housing, and supportive housing.
Founder, CEO
Founded in memory of my father who died while living with Alzheimer's Disease, I am well-supported in this project by my brother and sisters, Kyle, Stacia, and Liz who serve on the board. This new assisted living and memory care facility in Lincoln, CA is now serving vulnerable seniors.
Director of Development
The mission of the Young Artists Conservatory of Music is to instill the habits and disciplines of excellence in children and youth through the performing arts. My role is to support the mission with funding and new program development.
PACT-L MODEL OF RELATIONAL COMPETENCE
Author
The PACT-L Model of Relational Competence helps you develop more healthy relationships. Two books, The Root Values: Releasing the Power of Community, and The Juggler and the Ringmaster introduce the model. This program empowers business executives, pastors, teachers, small business owners, spouses, and parents to release the power of community in their lives, families, and organizations.
